This system was designed to streamline the processes of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWD) and Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office (PDAO). It enables the management of PWD records, application for identification cards, financial aid, and assistive devices through an online platform. The system integrates a centralized database for easy data retrieval and statistical analysis, while GIS mapping allows for accurate tracking of PWD locations. These features ensure faster service delivery, efficient resource allocation, and improved data security.
The BFP Attendance Monitoring System with QR Code is a web-based project designed to streamline the attendance process at the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). It replaces the traditional manual logbook system with a more efficient QR code-based solution. Each Personnel, On-The-Job Trainee, Immersion participant, and Visitor is assigned a unique QR code for easy time-in and time-out scanning. This system reduces time spent on manual entries, minimizes errors, and allows the Officer of the Day to generate accurate attendance records. The platform also enables admins to download and print filtered attendance data for reporting. With secure backup storage, the system ensures that attendance records are safely stored and readily available, preventing data loss. This project improves accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in monitoring attendance at the BFP.
The Online Inventory Management System is designed to optimize laundry operations. It provides a secure and efficient way to manage customer records, track laundry status, and generate financial reports. The system aims to enhance overall usability and satisfaction, making it easier for staff to perform their tasks while improving the management process.
