PWD Information Management System With GIS Mapping for MSWD of Ramon, Isabela

This system was designed to streamline the processes of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWD) and Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office (PDAO). It enables the management of PWD records, application for identification cards, financial aid, and assistive devices through an online platform. The system integrates a centralized database for easy data retrieval and statistical analysis, while GIS mapping allows for accurate tracking of PWD locations. These features ensure faster service delivery, efficient resource allocation, and improved data security.

The key features of the system include:

Login/Logout Services: This feature ensures system security by requiring authorized users to input their username and password to access their respective accounts.

Dashboard Module: Through this module, both the admin and staff can view the total count of PWDs, including those registered, with set appointments. It also displays the total number of services provided, such as financial assistance, issued IDs, provided devices, and the overall count of disabilities.

Appointment Module: This module allows the admin and staff to review applications for IDs, financial assistance, and the provision of assistive devices, deciding whether to approve or decline each application.

Registered Module: This module enables the admin and staff to register PWDs and view and edit their profiles.

Financial Assistance Module: This module lets the admin and MSWD staff document all financial requests from PWDs.

Issuance ID Module: Admin and PDAO staff use this module to create and print ID cards for PWDs.

Provision of Assistive Device Module: In this module, the admin and staff can record all provision of assistive device requests.

Mapping Module: This module enables the admin and staff to locate the locations of PWDs in Ramon, Isabela.

Record Module: This feature enables administration and MSWD staff to view the counts of persons with disabilities (PWD) and how many times they have requested financial assistance. This module helps to limit and track their requests.

Settings Module: This module allows the admin to add, edit, and view the processing, encoder, and approving officers.

Users Module: This module allows the admin to add users to the system.

Reports: This feature allows administrators and staff to download filtered data for report generation.

Selfie Verification: This feature helps verify the identity of applicants, determining if they exist.

Check Appointment Status: This feature allows applicants to view the status of their applications, preventing repeated visits to the office.

Online Application: This feature allows PWDs to apply for services from MSWD and PDAO, facilitating a faster application process.
